Why did my life turned upside down

 I used to be the person who does not give a fuck attitude to things that happen to life and I used to think that all things can be solved but right now I am having trouble to even laugh at myself. I love laughing and I think that all the problems in the world can be easily solved. I can’t even sleep everyday without carrying the weight of my problems in my head. How did it turned out like this. I have a great mindset when I was 20 years old up to 30 years old and now I look like this having a hard time recovering and motivating myself in order to succeed in life. Where did I get it wrong. I hope someday that the feeling the I am feeling right now ends. And I hope that someday is today. I ran out of Prayers to say to save me, sometimes the prayers I cant even pronounce it in my head. Am I just tired? I need help. I need God’s help

Is it worth it quitting my job to pursue my dream as a businessman?

Hi let me just give you a little background I was a salesman 6 or 9 mos. ago for almost 4 years or 5 years. I have been selling properties and it made to the point the I was used to it and I know that this was just a gateway for me to become a businessman when I have enough commission to start my business. I have started my online retail business while I was also working in our office. I used to hide in one of our room in our office pretending to call my clients but what I really do is to make my presence on the e commerce business. I have been going to seminar while I was at work. (if you are one of my boss and you have stumbled upon this article I am sorry for serving two masters but there is just a feeling that I need to fulfill and that is to think about business). I was not able to quit my job before because it was giving me my monthly allowance which I use to finance my work and sometimes I get penalized because I am not doing enough work to them so my monthly income is really not enough so I made side business while working. Before I quit my first job because I was just used to it. I was planning to be focused on my new e commerce business but it is not selling very well and it can not sustain my daily needs. It was just selling 5k pesos per month. I was amazed with that number before but it was too little for me to live so I decided to join another company with the same industry and have the same job. After 6 months in this company I didn't made our qouta so there is only one way for me and that is to quit or get fired and I got both haha. By this time my Online business is still not earning enough but I have managed to get 1 sale in order to have more capital in my business.

I have told myself and my girlfriend that we should quit finding a job for the next 6 months and concentrate all our energy to getting this business sales to go up. I was scared at that time because I don't know what will happen to us because I don't have enough money at that time and I only have money for my daily needs up to 2 months. But in my mind it is either now or never because I will procrastinate again and find another job in a few months I will be back again where I started. So I made up my mind that this next 6 months will determine if I will become a successful businessman or not. If I have failed in the span of 6 mos. I will go back to my computer and write my Resume and pass it to other company or if I succeed I will get to enjoy freedom and money.

Since then it has been almost 8 months now and I will tell you later what happened to me. So my idea for the next couple months is to do more extra income thru online. I have done everything that I knew from Affiliate marketing just like what I am doing in this blog, writing a book, started a youtube channel for monetization and building my e commerce business. First one is my blog as you can see upon writing this blog. My blog is not really doing well I have earned 100$ from Amazon just now and I have not got my paycheck yet haha but I have a goal in my mind and that is to earn more from amazon that it will give me money to finance my needs and wants that is a long way to go and I need a lot of support from my readers as of now there are only a few readers but I am not giving up. I have also wrote a book and now I have 5 books and I am selling it on Amazon it was on top 5 on my category when its free but when there is a payment only a few people have bought it. It is because I am not yet known as a writer but you see I am not giving up on my dream to become number 1. The next idea for my income is youtube. In this category that I have thought is I have made a few dollars and I have recently got my payout from youtube just last month and unfortunately youtube has a new rules and that includes 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watchtime in order to monetize my channel but unfortunately I have failed to do it.

As you can see there are 3 failures in my plan after I have quit my job and test this out. It has been 9 months and 3 of my major plans to earn money and sustain a living is not doing pretty well. It is because there are times in my life that I too lazy to write, make videos, edit videos and even fix my blog. This reasons are the one who made me failed in this journey. I have become lazy because I am doing this kind of work and yet I only receive a little result from my works. But there is my last plan and that is to build my e commerce business. I am seller in a different platforms fomr lazada, shopee and facebook. This are famous platforms in my country. At the first month of doing business in this platform when I started focusing on them I made a boost on my sale and it managed to earn a living from it but it was not enough my seller size in lazada up to now is just a little the smallest from all of them. But as times goes by I have gain enough sales to sustain my daily needs and wants. It is not that much though but I never thought I could earn enough money after quitting my job.

Do you know what happened to me right now? On those months that I have quit working I managed to do a lot of things in my life. I now enjoyed monday to sunday and I don't know sometimes what day it is because I always feel like I am just playing while I am earning money. This business is making me feel great because I don't have to deal with traffic everyday and wake up at the time that I don't want to wake up. I wake up when I want to. I am enjoying the time that I am having right now. I want to thank God for blessing me with the sales that I have managed to pay our bills and food and sometimes I have extra to buy stuffs that I want.

                                                        

Although I was afraid at first to quit my job but it was amazing what I am rewarded by now. The idea that I had in my mind gave me freedom and money to do the things that I like. It is very rewarding when you succeed in your dream. But I will keep on dreaming because there are still a lot of potential. Give yourself a deadline in your life decisions. if you put it tomorrow you may forget it and you may not be able to do it because you will tell to yourself that it is too late. Well it is never too late as long as you have dream alive inside you

Travel Adventure : Puerto Galera

Puerto Galera White Beach is one of my favorite place to go on vacation.
 Puerto Galera is just 3-4 hours away from Manila. You may be asking on how to get their well I will tell you what we did, We ride a bus going to Batangas Pier. The bus line that we took is in Kamias Quezon City which is the Jam Liner it will get you to Batangas Pier for Approx. 165-175 Pesos only. When we got to Batangas Pier you will need to ride a Bangka just like in this picture below. The Bangka will take you to White Beach for Only 450 Pesos Back to back Ride. Just Don't forget to text your Bangka Manager a day ahead when you are going back to Manila so they can enlist you.

There are so many things to like about Puerto Galera and this are a few of the Sample Pictures that we took

 Don't worry when arriving in Puerto Galera there are a lot of Tour Guides who is willing to help you find a nice place to stay. At First I was skeptical with this Tour Guide because in my mind they will just put a higher price on the Place that we are going to stay that they referred to us but they didn't and We were able to get a nice hotel to stay in for a couple of Days. We manage to stay Simon's Heritage Resort in which they offered us a 2300 per night because we requested for an extra bed but that is not all with that 2300 per night they will serve you with free breakfast. And I am telling you they are very hospitable and one thing that I really like about staying here is they give us Free plates to use when we bought food outside and we also free water which is a neccessity because it will cause you around 40 pesos just for a small size drink in Puerto Galera so having a free water is a plus to me and it is unlimited. 

 On our 2nd day of our stay in Puerto Galera we manage to get a tour to Tamaraw Falls

Mangrove

Mangrove and Tamaraw Falls has an entrance fee which is below 50 pesos but it is worth it. There is a swimming pool in Tamaraw falls so I suggest that you guys check it out.

The tour around Puerto Galera will cost you 1000 Pesos.

There are a lot of Italian Restaurant here in Puerto Galera and There are also a lot of foreigner. White Beach is also very cool at night because you will get to see a lot of Fire Dancing, Comedy Show, Live bands and a nice place to chill and drink during the night.

Hi I just want to share to you my experiences with sleep paralysis. Yep that is right my “EXPERIENCES”. You see sleep paralysis is no stranger to me, in my 26 years of existence in this world I have experience almost 40-50 sleep paralysis. It seems like every year I experience this kind of situation in my life and just like you I spend time on the internet if someone else experience it but I think right now its my time to tell my story. I just want to know if also other people experience this massive amount of sleep paralysis. I want to share to you on how I beat it and how it happens to me. What I will write here is all based on my experience. It may work to you or not work to you. I don’t know I am not an expert on this but this are the things that I do when I am having a sleep paralysis.

Experiences: This are the events that I have dream and other things that I still remember in my mind during sleep paralysis.

Experience

A. This story is one of the worst sleep paralysis that happened to me. In my dream I was sleeping in my bed and someone from outside our house with a woman’s voice is calling me and she is slowly approaching me while I am asleep. On my field of vision I can only see what is in front of me while I am side sleeping on my dream. As the woman slowly approach me( I know she is getting near because she is calling my name and it becomes louder and louder and also the voice is getting deeper and deeper like a man’s voice.) and then she went straight to me she then point her finger into my head and to my groin. You will never believe it by I really felt it and it hurts so bad it’s like a nail is pushing into your head. I was sweating in my dream and screaming but I was not able to move and then by the time I woke up I can feel a little pain but it went off quickly and I was sweating.

B. This experience happened when I was sleeping pointing my head to the sleeping ( take note I am a side sleeper). I can see myself in my dream looking at the ceiling and then changing my perspective to looking at myself sleeping and then it went back to looking at the ceiling but I can feel that I am sleeping but in my dream my eyes were wide open then suddenly a small demon shows up in front of me and he was sitting at me I was not able to breath and I was shouting for help and the I suddenly woke up.

C. In my dream I was again sleeping and then suddenly a Demon which is like a ghost like figure but I know it was a woman lift my bed. She lifts the head part of my bed and slams it down. I was not able to breath and it is all that I remembered

D. This is one of the recent experience that I had. In my dream I was with my girlfriend and there was a girl who wants to be with me and I told her that I don’t want to be with her because I have a girlfriend. She suddenly disappear and the next scenario in my dream I was driving in our car and my girlfriend suddenly brought up the girl in our conversation in the car and then I told her “ I don’t like that girl and she is not that cute and I don’t like to hang out with her” then suddenly the girl that we were talking about pops out behind the backseat and she shouted “ YOU DON’T LIKE ME” and then while I was driving I cover my face and hide in my lap while sitting and then as I was hiding she suddenly grabs my shoulder and I were in my bed in my dream as she grabs my right shoulder to let me see her and she succeeded and that is the first time I saw a demon’s face and she went away so fast and looks so piss. Before this incident in my dream I was dreaming about all of my teeth are falling apart and then suddenly I realize this is a dream so it all came back and I checked it in my dream.

                                         

 As you can see this are the experiences that I can still remember some of my experience is mostly about that I was not able to breath, Demons are showing and someone is following me and the ability to shout very loud but no one can hear me. It is really a bad experience but as I grew older I learn how to be it and sometimes I learn that it is just a dream. Now I will tell you the things that I was able to beat it. There is also 1 time that I gave up on beating the sleep paralysis I gave out on getting a breath and It was a miracle and I cant remember what happened but someone save me and I woke up.

How do I beat it: Here are my tips on how I beat sleep paralysis I hope It can help you.

1. Call for God – In experience A as you can see on this article I was able to beat sleep paralysis when I started to feel lost in my dream I suddenly told myself “ Help me GOD” then suddenly I woke up. I was not able to believe it at first but I have done this a couple of times and surely GOD didn’t fail me and I was able to breath and wake up when I call GOD in my dreams. You can only call GOD when you know in your dream that you are experiencing Sleep Paralysis

2. It helps when you become self aware in your dreams. Just like in my story there was a time when I know that I am just dreaming and I put all my teeth back together. After experiencing a lot of times of sleep paralysis I think you will know in your dream that you are having a nightmare because that has had happen to me and it help me stop from sleep paralysis and I woke up.

3. When having a sleep paralysis think in your mind and when you are not able to move, move your thumb in your feet in my experience it is the only thing that you can move during sleep paralysis and you will be able to wake up. After reading this you will know that you can use that knowledge when having a sleep paralysis

4. This tip should be the first one because this is not very effective but sometimes it work. Just keep on fighting and keep on moving your head once you can lift your very heavy head during sleep paralysis you will wake up.

What Do I think the cause of this sleep paralysis?

1. There is a higher chance that I will be having a sleep paralysis when I am sleeping looking at the ceiling position/ a straight body position.

2. I am a very happy person but I think one of the reasons why I am having a sleep paralysis is when I was really stressed out.

3. Fatigue – when you are really tired sometimes this occurs a lot of times.

4. I don’t know if this is true but when I meditate and also seeks for God’s word. Sometimes when I sleep this things happens. It is not always but there is a time when I was seeking for God’s Wisdom and I searched and learned it on the web. This things happens but on a very low rate

I hope you learn something from this article. I just want to know if there are someone out there like me and help me solve this problem. One thing I learned is God is real. Because there are a lot of times when I called him in my dreams he was able to save me real quick and when I wake up I always pray. I also saw that demons run away when I call his name.
