Hi I just want to share to you my experiences with sleep paralysis. Yep that is right my “EXPERIENCES”. You see sleep paralysis is no stranger to me, in my 26 years of existence in this world I have experience almost 40-50 sleep paralysis. It seems like every year I experience this kind of situation in my life and just like you I spend time on the internet if someone else experience it but I think right now its my time to tell my story. I just want to know if also other people experience this massive amount of sleep paralysis. I want to share to you on how I beat it and how it happens to me. What I will write here is all based on my experience. It may work to you or not work to you. I don’t know I am not an expert on this but this are the things that I do when I am having a sleep paralysis.

Experiences: This are the events that I have dream and other things that I still remember in my mind during sleep paralysis.

Experience

A. This story is one of the worst sleep paralysis that happened to me. In my dream I was sleeping in my bed and someone from outside our house with a woman’s voice is calling me and she is slowly approaching me while I am asleep. On my field of vision I can only see what is in front of me while I am side sleeping on my dream. As the woman slowly approach me( I know she is getting near because she is calling my name and it becomes louder and louder and also the voice is getting deeper and deeper like a man’s voice.) and then she went straight to me she then point her finger into my head and to my groin. You will never believe it by I really felt it and it hurts so bad it’s like a nail is pushing into your head. I was sweating in my dream and screaming but I was not able to move and then by the time I woke up I can feel a little pain but it went off quickly and I was sweating.

B. This experience happened when I was sleeping pointing my head to the sleeping ( take note I am a side sleeper). I can see myself in my dream looking at the ceiling and then changing my perspective to looking at myself sleeping and then it went back to looking at the ceiling but I can feel that I am sleeping but in my dream my eyes were wide open then suddenly a small demon shows up in front of me and he was sitting at me I was not able to breath and I was shouting for help and the I suddenly woke up.

C. In my dream I was again sleeping and then suddenly a Demon which is like a ghost like figure but I know it was a woman lift my bed. She lifts the head part of my bed and slams it down. I was not able to breath and it is all that I remembered

D. This is one of the recent experience that I had. In my dream I was with my girlfriend and there was a girl who wants to be with me and I told her that I don’t want to be with her because I have a girlfriend. She suddenly disappear and the next scenario in my dream I was driving in our car and my girlfriend suddenly brought up the girl in our conversation in the car and then I told her “ I don’t like that girl and she is not that cute and I don’t like to hang out with her” then suddenly the girl that we were talking about pops out behind the backseat and she shouted “ YOU DON’T LIKE ME” and then while I was driving I cover my face and hide in my lap while sitting and then as I was hiding she suddenly grabs my shoulder and I were in my bed in my dream as she grabs my right shoulder to let me see her and she succeeded and that is the first time I saw a demon’s face and she went away so fast and looks so piss. Before this incident in my dream I was dreaming about all of my teeth are falling apart and then suddenly I realize this is a dream so it all came back and I checked it in my dream.

                                         

 As you can see this are the experiences that I can still remember some of my experience is mostly about that I was not able to breath, Demons are showing and someone is following me and the ability to shout very loud but no one can hear me. It is really a bad experience but as I grew older I learn how to be it and sometimes I learn that it is just a dream. Now I will tell you the things that I was able to beat it. There is also 1 time that I gave up on beating the sleep paralysis I gave out on getting a breath and It was a miracle and I cant remember what happened but someone save me and I woke up.

How do I beat it: Here are my tips on how I beat sleep paralysis I hope It can help you.

1. Call for God – In experience A as you can see on this article I was able to beat sleep paralysis when I started to feel lost in my dream I suddenly told myself “ Help me GOD” then suddenly I woke up. I was not able to believe it at first but I have done this a couple of times and surely GOD didn’t fail me and I was able to breath and wake up when I call GOD in my dreams. You can only call GOD when you know in your dream that you are experiencing Sleep Paralysis

2. It helps when you become self aware in your dreams. Just like in my story there was a time when I know that I am just dreaming and I put all my teeth back together. After experiencing a lot of times of sleep paralysis I think you will know in your dream that you are having a nightmare because that has had happen to me and it help me stop from sleep paralysis and I woke up.

3. When having a sleep paralysis think in your mind and when you are not able to move, move your thumb in your feet in my experience it is the only thing that you can move during sleep paralysis and you will be able to wake up. After reading this you will know that you can use that knowledge when having a sleep paralysis

4. This tip should be the first one because this is not very effective but sometimes it work. Just keep on fighting and keep on moving your head once you can lift your very heavy head during sleep paralysis you will wake up.

What Do I think the cause of this sleep paralysis?

1. There is a higher chance that I will be having a sleep paralysis when I am sleeping looking at the ceiling position/ a straight body position.

2. I am a very happy person but I think one of the reasons why I am having a sleep paralysis is when I was really stressed out.

3. Fatigue – when you are really tired sometimes this occurs a lot of times.

4. I don’t know if this is true but when I meditate and also seeks for God’s word. Sometimes when I sleep this things happens. It is not always but there is a time when I was seeking for God’s Wisdom and I searched and learned it on the web. This things happens but on a very low rate

I hope you learn something from this article. I just want to know if there are someone out there like me and help me solve this problem. One thing I learned is God is real. Because there are a lot of times when I called him in my dreams he was able to save me real quick and when I wake up I always pray. I also saw that demons run away when I call his name. I am not forcing you to believe me but I am just sharing you what happened to me. Thank you for taking time to read this I hope we can help a lot of people.

13 reason's why is considered as of my top ten favorite TV Series and I can name a 100 reasons why too. It was about a girl commits a suicide and she has 13 reason's why she did it. I know it sounds negative and it should not be on TV. When did you a series that it's main character has died? At first I was having doubts of having to watch this series but it was all over youtube and you can't help but to get curious on what is story all about and why it is one of the most talked about series in our planet. So as I sat down eating my chips I was hooked with it. Episode after episode you want to know more about the next tape or who is going to be in the next tape. There was also a time when 13 reasons why wants to be banned because it will just give more ideas on how to commit suicide to other people who are in deep trouble and need some counseling. In my opinion in a way there is a point where this show shows' that committing suicide is the only way to solve your problems. But not because you see something in TV you will be easily influenced by it. 

You will learn a lot of things here if you are a bully you better stop because you never know that the person that you are bullying are hurting really bad. Stop bullying other people. If they nice and quiet it doesn't mean that they deserve it. Just talk to them there are people with different personality but when you get to know them you will be good friends. Just spread love in this world and you will also be loved.

Movie Review: Seven Years in Tibet

You will learn a lot from watching this movie. The first thing that I have learned is that Tibet was a country and it is also the Highest country in the world, It was the most isolated country in the world because it was so high. It is also the place of the Dalai Llama. Before I just heard of the Dalai Llama it seems like he was a famous person because I always sees' his name when you type any positive thoughts topic. 

Watching this movie will feel like getting on a time machine and see what life is 50-60 years ago especially in Tibet. In Tibet they only knew a few bad things to say and do to the other people. It seems like if people doesn't know any bad word or thoughts they will not do it to the other people around them. Evil thoughts cultivate evil doings.  There was one scene that shook me when Brad Pitt was ordered to build a Movie house for the Tibetans but the workers were halted because they don't want to kill the worms in the ground. He was in shock and told it to the Dalai Llama. He states that they won't be able to finish the project on time if they keep on protecting the worms. All the Dalai Llama can say is, " Do something about it. because people here thinks that the worms are their mother in their past life so they don't want to kill it." That is how kind the people in Tibet. They just don't want to hurt anybody or anyone. It was also the cause of their downfall. 

Their story reminded me of the history of my country here in the Philippines. We were conquered by a lot of different countries. Before I used to think that instead of being an independent country we should let USA influence and govern our country but as I grew older I started to love my country and I would like to preserve it culture. Different countries should not be conquered by foreigner just like in Tibet no matter how powerful you are, you cannot change its ways. You can influence them but you can never erase their true nature.

At First I really don't know what does this movie all about. All I know is that it won many awards. I also didn't know that the main character is also the main villain. Mr. Ripley is really talented but he used it in another way,(but to tell you the truth I really don't see any talent on this character haha) that is to con other people for his own benefits. It also shows here that once a criminal it will be hard for him to change his ways. Mr. ripley thought the only way out to all of his problem is to kill the problem itself. I am surprise to see that he didn't get caught to all the things that he had done.

I think this kind of movie is what the current movies are lacking which is a deep story and not so very fast paced movie. I realize that most of all the movies right now seems like they are moving too fast. 

Was it a good movie? Yes it is, no doubt. It a must see movie. you will never what is going to be up next but after seeing this blog i think you will know what will happen next. There are too many intense scene. After watching this movie I feel i want to go to europe and live there. That is one of my dreams and soon enough I will go there.

Finally DC Comics did it. They now have a movie that has been talking about all over Facebook and all over your office. I love Dc comics' movies and I know some of you this is the only DC movie that you have liked because a lot of the people that you know is talking about this movie. In this movie we will get to know the story behind Wonder Womans' life. We never heard of this before and it is good that they made a movie about it. DC is catching up with Marvel. They now have a movie which has a timeline to another movie. A must watch movie indeed, You will never leave your seat while watching this movie. Gal Gadot is perfect for the role it looks like she was born to be wonder woman. I would never forget this movie. This is one of the best movie this year and it is a contender for the movie of the year.

What can I say, Marvel never fails us with their movie. You know when it comes to movie Marvel loves a funny,happy and a child friendly movie but with Logan. When I watched the Movie it was a very dark movie for me. Can you imagine Wolverine who is getting sick? Can you imagine that? You already know that Wolverine has a very fast healing in his body. I only watched a few Xmen movies because the storyline keeps on repeating just like the Spiderman movie. Unlike the Avengers and some of its other storyline. I hope Xmen would have a very long story which has lined up. All of the superheroes that has been shown in this movies are new to me. One of which is the Man with metal hands which barely did a little in the movie. But watching Logan it is quite ok. Maybe because I just don't like a sad movie for a Superhero movie. Restaurant Review : Big Bowl Noodles

The noodles that they serve here is good for two. We only paid 150 pesos for the noodles and it has a big servings.

This the first time I dined in Manila and taste the Chinese noodles and I was amazed on how it tasted. I never thought I would love noodles.



           
                          




                                          













   

Ambience : 3/5

The place is air conditioned and it has a very simple style on the restaurant. Although there is a painting in the wall. I can tell that they do not care too much on the ambience what they care about more is the taste of their dish.

Waiting time: 4/5

They serve fast maybe because there are only a few people by the time we ate at the restaurant. But I think eventhough when there are a lot of people eating they will still serve fast.

Overall: 3.8/5

It is not the best restaurant but it is definitely a must go place in Binondo. The restaurant may be simple but if you went inside the restaurant you will definitely love the noodles that they serve.

Moana is got to be one of my favorite animated movie. This is a must watch movie for those people who are confused and need a little motivation in their life. Moana is a movie which is about doing something that you are meant to do. In life God has gifted us to do something in this world. It is written deep in our hearts. We are the only person who knows what do we really want to do in our life. Our parents,friends and other people who are watching us will try to stop us from doing the things we love because they think they are protecting us. Just like in the movie where Moana is being held back by his father to do something what is Moana was meant to do. Her father is only thinking for her protection in order for her not to get hurt. But the desire and will of Moana's heart is so strong so she decided to "Go". We all have those kind of situation where we are being held back and sometimes we are also the one who is trying to stop us on what we can become, a better you. Watch this movie to be enlighten and to be inspired in doing what you love and what you are meant to do. This movie will offer a lot of  values and education to the young people. 

Don't be confused and put your dreams into use.
